Health Freedom Alabama grew out of the grassroots movement and statewide collaboration to pass a bill to ban vaccine passports in Alabama during the 2021 State Legislative session. Because of YOU the bill passed (SB 267) and was signed into law on May 24, 2021.

This organization continues to actively work towards protecting and strengthening parental and human rights regarding healthcare decisions in Alabama. We accomplish this by educating and empowering the public while advocating for protection of those inalienable rights by working with our state legislators. We are actively engaged in our state’s legislative process and work tirelessly to be your first line of defense against bad laws and careless legislators who want to mandate medical procedures for Alabama citizens.

Alabama’s state motto is, “We Dare Defend Our Rights” and that’s exactly why Health Freedom Alabama works around the clock to ensure our health freedoms are preserved.
